Sana Haus ships to addresses located within the United States and US Territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We appreciate your patience with us!
Orders totaling over $100 USD, after discount qualify for free standard domestic shipping.
After purchasing, your order will be processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday). However, our processing times may vary at times depending on order volume. Please see your cart for a best estimate of processing times prior to ordering.
Once processed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. After your chosen carrier receives your package, orders can take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping speed selected at checkout. Keep in mind that shipping carriers may experience delays that are out of our control and may delay package delivery, including with expedited shipping speeds.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our number one priority is that you are satisfied with the quality and efficacy of our formulas. Please reach out to info@sanahaus.co if you have any questions or concerns with a product. We'd love to help you find the right protocol for your skin.
In the event that you aren't satisfied with your order, you can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS
Are your products non-comedogenic?
Yes! In fact, our products are beyond non-comedogenic, they're Triple Comedogen Screened™ to ensure their compatibility with acne-prone skin types from application to absorption. As a result fo our rigorous screening process, we exclude over 100 ingredients from our products (even ones considered non-comedogenic).
How do I know which product to use for my skin type?
While all of our products are suitable for most skin types, we curate our collections based on skin type and concerns for the best results.

In general, if you're not sure which product to start with, pick a cleanser and a serum matched to your skin type to start off with. For reactive skin types (with or without active breakouts), stick to our essential oil-free formulas, like Nectar, Vitale, or our essential oil-free version of Clarity.
Are your products "clean"?
Yes! The skin and whole body wellness is of the utmost importance to us.
We never formulate with synthetic fragrance, phthalates, parabens, PEGs, ethoxylated ingredients, formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing agents, BHT, photosensitizing or phototoxic oils, or mineral oil.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
Are your products fungal acne safe?
We are strong believers in nuanced approaches to formulation. Ingredients are not always easily distilled down into “good” or “bad”, “suitable” or “not suitable”.
Oils are a great example of this. While some oil extracts may contain chain lengths known as “unsafe” for fungal acne, the oils may also contain naturally-occurring antifungal compounds that support skin experiencing fungal microbiome imbalances.
So, while we don’t necessarily believe in labeling products as fungal acne “safe” or “unsafe”, we do know that every skin type is unique. According to the social consensus around fungal acne, our Purity cleanser is fungal acne-safe if that is a preference of yours.
However, we have plenty of customers with fungal-type acne who use many of our products!
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ESSENTIAL OILS?
Some of our products are formulated with less than 0.5% essential oils. Our essential oils are carefully vetted to ensure they are non-photosensitizing, non-disruptive, and premium quality with high therapeutic value for the skin.
However, even the best essential oils may not be suitable for some skin types. For that reason, we offer a variety of essential oil-free formulas.
Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding moms?
All of our products are formulated with pregnant and breastfeeding mamas in mind. We especally love our essential oil-free formulas for new and expecting moms! If you have any specific concerns, please reach out to your doctor.
How long do your products last?
Most products last between 60 and 90 days depending on frequency of usage.
How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contaminating the insides of bottles and jars during use.
Is your packaging sustainable?
All of our products are packaged in recyclable glass. We offer refill sizes where possible to reduce the use of single-use plastic closures.

Are your ingredients organic?
Our first and foremost priority when sourcing ingredients is their purity, quality, and potency. From intimate experiences with ingredients, we know the quality of each and every ingredient can make or break a formula.
As such, we prioritize organically-grown and wildcrafted botanicals wherever possible.
HOW DO YOUR SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?
We source our ingredients from family farms all over the world. We have a rigorous in-house process for vetting each supplier for quality and purity prior to sourcing.

Once I place my order, can I change my delivery address?

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Sometimes packages can be temporarily misplaced or delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes packages can turn up 1-2 days after delivery! In the event that your package is still lost, please reach out to us at info@sanahaus.co.
My package was exposed to heat during transit. Are the products okay?
Our products are formulated to withstand minor variations in temperature during shipping and delivery. If you have any concerns about your products, you can always reach out at info@sanahaus.co.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order any time prior to shipment. Please e-mail us at info@sanahaus.co and we will process it for you.
When will my order ship?
We try our best to get orders out promptly after they are placed. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) after placing your order. However, please check your cart for shipment estimates prior to placing your order for the most up-to-date processing times.
My order has shipped, but the tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped. If the tracking is still not showing updates after that time period, please reach out to us at info@sanahaus.co.
